he practice includes guiding and counseling clients through the entire range of activities and legal issues that arise in the structuring, formation, operation, and governance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities.  In creating strategic relationships, issues are fully discussed, terms negotiated, and documents drafted with a view toward anticipating potential future conflicts and providing solutions in advance.  This tends to keep clients out of litigation and focused on the bottom lines of their businesses.

The commercial practice includes counseling, negotiation, and preparation and review of contracts, instruments,  and other documentation on behalf of a broad variety of business interests with respect to day to day contractual relationships as well as acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and investments.
