Welcome to Finberg Law
atthew established Finberg Law in 1995 following a 13-year career in Washington, DC, first as a CPA in the National Tax Office of an international accounting firm and then as an
attorney with premier law firms specializing in sophisticated real estate and other commercial transactions. Matthew has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in connection with their real estate acquisitions, financings, leases, sales, and exchanges. As general counsel to one of the largest real estate brokerage offices in Colorado, he has had the opportunity to guide brokers, buyers, and sellers through a wide variety of
purchase, sale, and financing issues with respect to new construction and existing homes. Matthew regularly counsels, drafts, and negotiates in the commercial and industrial worlds as well, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. His additional focuses on business formation, commercial transactions, and estate planning enable him to bring a fully integrated approach to transactions. Clients also rely on Finberg Law for advice, guidance, and drafting of organizational documents in connection with the formation of non-profit entities and their formal recognition by the IRS of exemption from tax.
Despite the view of some that certain legal action should be undertaken for the principle of the matter, Finberg Law is a transactional practice where the bottom line is the bottom line. To that end, Matthew is dedicated to helping clients protect what they have and achieve what they dream.
